Alex Lilavois is Executive Vice President of Vyalex Management Solutions, Inc., which is a prime contractor for the U.S. Department of Defence. In this position, he works to develop the business, organizational strategy, controls and processes, and economic profit models to successfully grow Vyalex's total suite of services.

He is also Project Manager for the JM&A Warranty and Insurance, Inc. where he is responsible for successful completion of various projects encompassing organizational change, IT infrastructure redesign, vendor solutions implementation, business process re-engineering and budget management.

Mr. Lilavois received his BS in mechanical engineering in 1992 from the University of Florida, and his MBA in Finance and Strategic Management in 2001 from the University of Michigan.

Alex lives in Columbia, Maryland with his wife Gina and two sons.
