After graduating from Lafayette College and St. John’s University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, Len
clerked in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He worked for IBM for thirty years; he was General
Counsel of IBM Asia/Pacific from 1990 to 1994. Len retired in 1999, and now practices law from his home. He is Of Counsel to the
Pitegoff Law Office in White Plains.
His clients include small technology companies and many not-for-profit organizations. He is also an arbitrator with the National
Arbitration Forum and the American Arbitration Association.
In addition to the board of the Child Health Foundation, Len is a member of the boards of Kendal on Hudson, Bethel Homes, the Family
YMCA at Tarrytown, the RSHM LIFE Center, the Foundation for Religion and Mental Health, Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, the Transplant Support
Organization, the Asbury Terrace Housing Corp., and the Rotary Club of the Tarrytowns. He is the editor of an employment law guide for
not-for-profit corporations published by the Pro Bono Partnership. In 2001, Len received the Pro Bono Award from the Senior Lawyer’s
Division of the American Bar Association. |
